For ADULTS AND TEENS we sponsor a summertime contest with a small cash prize for publication. Finished book size is 4.5x7 in pamphlet form. A Grand Prize winner may also be chosen for inclusion in the yearly anthology book.

- Writers: Submit an original fairy tale story (Main character must be human.) 2,000-5,000 words Deadline July 31. Entries are evaluated over the course of the summer and winners are notified by October 15.
- Artists: Send an illustration of a story which has been submitted for the writing contest or illustrate one of your favorite stories from long ago. Send jpeg or pdf file. Deadlines July31, August 31, September 30. Entries are judged in the month when they are received.

TINY TALES
For KIDS AND TEENS we sponsor three summer illustration contests and one writing contest (usually facilitated by a club, community center, or library, although individual entries are also welcome.) NO cash prize is offered. A professionally printed copy of each winner's story is the prize for winning this contest. Finished size is 3x5 and extra copies are available to families of winners if requested. Winners (if parent permission is granted) may be featured in our newsletter, in a book pack, and/or the yearly anthology book, as space allows.

- Artists: Send an illustration of a story which has been submitted for the writing contest or illustrate one of your favorite stories from the contest materials found at the link below. Send jpeg or pdf file. Deadlines July31, August 31, September 30. Entries are judged in the month when they are received.
